Remote Learning Device Survey

Please complete the following survey if your student(s) are in need of a device. Please note:

  • Devices are available for 6-12th graders at ALB &/or KMS. 
  • If you have a student at both KMS and ALB you will pick up devices at ALB. 
  • Devices will be issued on Wednesday, March 25th 9-11 a.m & 1-7 p.m. and on Thursday, March 26th from 9-11 a.m. & 1-7 p.m.
  • Parent must be present to sign agreement for device.
  • Device will be assigned to student through library checkout system and will be due back to the school undamaged when students return to school or at end of current school year.
