District Improvement Plan
This plan represents our shared commitment to engaging, aligned instruction; safe and inclusive learning environments; strong family and community partnerships; and the preparation of future-ready graduates. It reflects the collective input of our staff, families, and community members, whose feedback helped shape the goals and strategies within.
The 2025–2026 District Improvement Plan was reviewed and approved by the Kannapolis City Schools Board of Education and will guide our work in the coming year to ensure continued growth and success for every student.
