Someone from McKnight will contact you once you have finished the online portion to complete the application process.

The following information will be needed before completing the Head Start / NC Pre-K application:

• Birth Certificate
• Child’s Immunization Record / Current Physical Exam / Current Dental Record
• Medicaid and/or Private Insurance Card
• Proof of Residence in the Kannapolis City School District (current utility bill in parent’s name, rent receipt, etc….)
• Proof of Family Income (W-2 form, Income Tax Return, Child Support Letter, Check Stub, SSI, Award, Letter, etc…)
