The Kannapolis Education Foundation (KEF) has donated $20,000 to KCS to buy iPads for KCS classrooms. KEF Chairman, Joe Trull, presented the check to Superintendent, Dr. Pam Cain, and KCS Technology Director, Brenda McCombs, during the February 9th Board of Education meeting.

The KEF contribution is buying iPads for classrooms at Kannapolis Intermediate School. With this donation, the Kannapolis Education Foundation has now contributed more than $100,000 to buy classroom iPads for Kannapolis City Schools.

Since the KEF was founded, it has donated nearly three quarters of a million dollars to the students and teachers of Kannapolis City Schools.

Kannapolis City Schools is extremely grateful to the Kannapolis Education Foundation for its continuing support. Donations from the Kannapolis Education Foundation give KCS students additional resources and helps prepare them for lifelong success.
